Thank you all for being so patient with deliveries of work.
I know that no one wants to hear news of delays but under the current situation it is inevitable that production is getting pushed back in many areas. I want to thank you all for being so patient with this project.
I will start with the good news. Production is now back on at USPCC, the card manufacturing company inthe US. The cards are scheduled to go into production within the week.
This process takes about 5-6 weeks until the standard decks are ready and then a further 2-3 weeks for gilded decks. This means that production will also be started soon on the collector's tucks by Gamblers Warehouse. I will be sharing some images of these as soon as I have them and at least I hope this will give you something to look forward to.
On another plus note - courier prices are starting to return to normal. For those of you that have not received your giclee prints or original artwork I am so sorry that I had to pause the sedning of these as the courier costs just became so prohibitive. Also I have been unable to go to the local post office which would have been my normal sending option for secure and cheaper postage.
As I send the prints out over the next few weeks you will receive a notifictaion form the courier that your prints are on their way. The prints will be trackable and you should receive the tracking details in your notification email.
All that remains to be said is thank you so much for your patience and support, I really hope the cards are worth the wait.

Thank you all for your patience as the cards are being produced. I am currently waiting for news of the completion of standard cards and uncut sheets. in the meantime I would like to update you with the situation with the second batch of pritns to send out.
Unfortunately a situation has developed that means courier prices, esecially those from UK to US have increased more than double to about $50. I hope you can bear with me a little while whilst I try to find an alternative solution to sending your rewards. Unfortunately we are on lockdown at the moment so are unable to use the local post office. I will keep an eye on the service and hopefully a replacement or alternative will appear soon that enables me to send to you.
I just want to say a big thank you for your patience and I hope I will be able to deliver the work to you very soon.

Playing Cards and Prints Update

Thank you all for your patience at the current time. I know it's a very difficult situation at the moment and people will be dealing with the effects of the current situation in a range of ways. First and foremost I hope you are all well, and staying safe.
Here in the UK we are currently on lockdown but I am doing my utmost to keep the ball rolling and sticking to deadlines.
So lots of good news to report. The guys at USPCC are working as hard as ever and recently sent over the hard proofs of the playing cards which I have signed off and passed over to production. So in effect from now the standard decks of cards are in making!!
I have managed to send out about half of the playing card prints as I have been waiting for a replacement order of large diameter tubes to come in. More good news - these arrived yesterday so I will be packing up the remaining print orders over the coming 2 weeks and sending out to you.
As we receive news of the standard decks being ready I will be finalising design and details of the collector's tuck, adding a numbered gold foil seal and getting you detail of the gilding. The extra detailing all takes a little time so here's what I expect to happen..
Print orders of playing card prints will be all out in the next 2 weeks.
Standard Deck and Cut Sheet only orders should start fulfilling in no more than 8 weeks time - approx 6 weeks production and then a little more to ship to fulfilling company and to yourselves.
Any orders containing the collector deck will be sent out as soon as the cards are gilded and the special tucks are complete. I am unsure of the exact timing for this but am going to put the collectors tucks into production so that everything is ready for when the gilded decks come in.
I really appreciate your patience, I hope you are going to be pleased with the finished decks.. and inf truth known I hope that by the time they are ready we will all be in a much better place!

Playing Cards and Prints Update

Hi all, just a quick check in with a progress update as you all wait patiently for your cards and prints.
Playing Cards
Good news is that the proofs for the playing cards should be arriving this week - I have seen the visuals of the uncut deck sheet which I will share with you soon, along with images of the physical proof. The next step after this is production of the standard decks, I am hoping that we can get these into work for the beginning of April. Production timeline for the cards is approximately 6-8 weeks but obviously with the current situation this may be extended a little longer - I will be sure to keep you all informed.
Prints
Thise of you who ordered limited edition prints will begin to receive them via courier over the coming weeks. There has been a slight delay in the production of 6" diameter tubes but the balance of 20 tubes should be arriving next week, I am currently printing signing and preparing these orders this week.
Please note that those of you who have ordered prints will receive your playing cards in a separate parcel as soon as they are ready - I just wanted to give you something to enjoy while you are waiting so patiently.
Thanks to you all for backing this project, I will be updating as soon as I receive more information on timings of completion.
